About The Syndicate
The syndicate family theme gives the guild a memorable identity: Boss, Under Boss, Capos, Wiseguys, Enforcers, and Hang Arounds. The names are flavor; the purpose is practical leadership, clear event organization, and a place where new members can grow into reliable players.
On TheraWoW, that means helpful build channels, role-focused event leads, heroic dungeon groups, scaled raid teams, PvP nights, profession support, alt catch-up, and a guild culture that teaches without turning every run into a job interview.

Midnight Playbook
Retail gives the guild what a frozen patch never can: a living game. Midnight's launch systems map cleanly onto how we already run events — raid crews, small-group nights, and a social hub between them.
