About The Syndicate

A role-playing concept. A real guild community.

The syndicate family theme gives the guild a memorable identity: Boss, Under Boss, Capos, Wiseguys, Enforcers, and Hang Arounds. The names are flavor; the purpose is practical leadership, clear event organization, and a place where new members can grow into reliable players.

On TheraWoW, that means helpful build channels, role-focused event leads, heroic dungeon groups, scaled raid teams, PvP nights, profession support, alt catch-up, and a guild culture that teaches without turning every run into a job interview.

Discord is the family table.

Questions recruits ask first.

What is The Syndicate focused on now?

Two things: our TheraWoW crew (WotLK 3.3.5a recruitment, builds, heroics, scaled raids, PvP nights) and our retail crew in World of Warcraft: Midnight (dungeons, delves, Mythic+, and The Voidspire). One Discord runs both.

Do I have to pick between retail and TheraWoW?

No. Many members play both. Join Discord, say which side you are starting on, and officers will slot you into that crew — you can add a character on the other side any time. If you are undecided, the compare-and-contrast section above lays out both paths.

What kind of server is TheraWoW?

TheraWoW is a Wrath of the Lich King 3.3.5a server with community-focused custom touches, scaling systems, playerbots, cross-faction features, and quality-of-life support.

Do I need a full group to play with the guild?

No. Thera's scaling and playerbot systems make small groups more viable. Some mechanics still require coordination, so Discord and event leads matter.

Where do I start?

Create a TheraWoW account, download the client, set the realmlist to logon.therawow.com, join guild Discord, and post your character name and role.

Can members submit builds?

Yes. The Builds page uses WotLK role templates for DPS, Tank, and Healer class/spec guides.
