Midnight · Consumables

What to bring on raid night.

Retail consumables are simpler than WotLK's shopping list but pricier per pull. Here is the guild standard for The Voidspire progression and Mythic+ pushes — and what to skip when gold is tight.

CoreAlways

The non-negotiables

  • Flask/phial of the season — your main stat or best secondary version.
  • Health potion — on the bar, keybound, every pull.
  • Food — feast at the raid, personal stat food otherwise.
PushProgression

Progression extras

  • Combat potion — the season's DPS/mana potion, used on pull or with cooldowns.
  • Augment rune — for new-boss nights and Mythic pushes.
  • Weapon oil/stone — cheap, always worth it.
BudgetFarm nights

When gold is tight

  • Skip augment runes on farm bosses.
  • Use the cheaper tier of potions and food.
  • Never skip the flask — it is the biggest single buff.
  • Level alchemy or cooking and supply the guild bank; the guild reimburses progression consumables when stocked.

Enchants & gems

Finish the checklist.

Enchants and gems are consumable-adjacent and just as mandatory: every ring, weapon, chest, legs, boots, and bracers slot enchanted, every socket filled. Add sockets where the season allows it, best slots first.

Your spec's build page lists the stat direction to enchant toward — find it in the Midnight build hub.

Raid-night bag check

  • Flask/phial × enough for the full night
  • Combat potions × 15–20
  • Health potions × 20
  • Personal food + feast contribution
  • Augment runes for progression bosses
  • Weapon oil applied before first pull
  • Repair gold / mount repair bot
