Map and route

Follow the instance from entrance to completion.

    Collect quests

    Take the dungeon quests from the zone hub or Dalaran before entering.

    Opening pulls

    Use line of sight on casters and keep the first pulls small enough to verify server scaling.

  3. 3

    Boss route

    Follow the route schematic in order; complete optional bosses only when the group wants their loot or quest credit.

    Heroic priorities

    At level 80, use defensives on tank-busters, assign every interrupt, and avoid chaining packs into bosses.

  5. 5

    Loot and exit

    Confirm quest items and emblem/loot distribution before leaving the instance.

Boss mechanics

Assignments that prevent repeat wipes.

Start with the primary call, then assign tank, healer, and DPS responsibilities before the pull.

Boss encounter

Bronjahm

Primary call: Interrupt Shadow Bolt, move from Corrupt Soul fragments, and stay inside the safe center during Soulstorm.

Tank

Face frontals away, stabilize boss position, and use a defensive for the listed tank-buster window.

Healer

DPS

Interrupt priority casts, swap to required adds or objects, and save burst for exposed or intermission windows.

Boss encounter

Devourer of Souls

Primary call: Stop damage during Mirrored Soul, face Wailing Souls safely, and avoid Well of Souls.

Tank

Trash and route risks

What to stop between bosses.

  • Use line of sight instead of fighting multiple caster packs in the open.
