    Enter and check the variant

    Mouse over the delve on the world map to confirm the active story variant and whether it is Bountiful.

    Set Valeera’s role

    Use Tank if you need stability, Healer if your class has limited sustain, or Damage when survivability is already comfortable.

    Clear the primary objective

    Follow the marked objective path and avoid opening extra side rooms until the main route is secure.

    Collect powers and treasures

    Take only powers that reinforce the build; do not trade survival for damage on an unfamiliar tier.

  5. 5

    Prepare the final room

    Wait for cooldowns, repair if possible, and enter with a plan for the boss mechanic.

    Exit and record

    Complete discoveries, note missed treasures, and record what changed for the next story variant.

Key mechanics

  • At higher tiers, prioritize survival and mechanics over raw speed.
Tank

Healer

Pre-position for unavoidable group damage, dispel listed effects, and call external defensives before overlaps.

DPS

Interrupt priority casts, swap to required adds or objects, and save burst for exposed or intermission windows.

Trash and route risks

What to stop between bosses.

  • Do not pull extra side rooms before the main objective is stable.
  • Use interrupts and crowd control on elite casters rather than saving every stop for the boss.
  • At high tiers, reset after a bad pull instead of carrying deaths into the final room.
