  1. Create: confirm the 3.3.5a class is legal for this race.
  2. Level: use role-correct heirlooms and replace them at level 80 with heroic, crafted, reputation, emblem, and raid gear.
  3. Caps: include racial hit, expertise, weapon, pet, or cooldown effects in the character-sheet audit.
